Moscow City Health Department is a sectoral executive body that carries out executive and administrative functions in relation to bodies, institutions, organizations and health care enterprises, pharmacy enterprises subordinate to the Moscow Government, and manages the property of this system within the powers delegated to it by the Moscow Government.
