Method 2: Recovering OS files

But there are cases when the OS files are so badly damaged that the system does not boot even in "Safe Mode". After restarting the PC will automatically open "Command line". Enter the command there:

The computer will be checked for the integrity of the file structure. If violations are detected, the recovery procedure for the corresponding element is automatically activated.
Once the recovery is complete, enter the following command:
shutdown /r /t 0

Click Enter.

The computer will restart and turn on normally.
