3.2 To participate in the promotion, a smartphone or tablet must be fully operational and undergo a visual inspection by a service area employee. The base price of an accepted smartphone or tablet has one level and is fixed in the discount calculator ().

3.3 A smartphone or tablet purchased as part of a promotion cannot be cheaper than the cost of the smartphone being traded in, as stated in the exchange agreement.

3.4 The cost of a surrendered smartphone or tablet in monetary terms is not issued and can only be taken into account as a means of payment for a smartphone or tablet participating in the promotion, under an exchange agreement only on the day of delivery and only in the store that accepts the surrendered device.

3.5 To participate in the promotion, the buyer must present a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or another document confirming registration in the territory of the Russian Federation.

4. Promotion restrictions
