Easy pay wallet. Easypay electronic money. EasyPay and main features

EasyPay (from the English "easy" - light, convenient; "pay" - to pay) is an electronic payment system launched in 2004. The service is designed for instant payment for goods and services on the Internet. The unit of calculation in this system is the Belarusian ruble. The EasyPay project is the brainchild of the Belarusian companies Belgazprombank OJSC (a commercial bank of the Republic of Belarus) and Open Contact LLC (a large Internet service provider in Belarus).

Any person can become the owner of an EasyPay electronic wallet - both a citizen of the Republic of Belarus and a person who is not a resident. However, the legislation of this country establishes age restrictions on the use of electronic money: the acquisition of electronic currency by persons under 14 years of age, as well as the withdrawal of electronic money by persons under 18 years of age, is carried out through their legal representatives.

To register in the system, the user must fill out a special form on the official EasyPay website, first agreeing to the terms of the agreement with Belgazprombank OJSC and Open Contact LLC, and then entering his address Email and anti-spam code. After this, a letter with a registration key is sent to the provided e-mail (it must be entered into the confirmation form mailbox). Next, the user will need to indicate which country he is a resident of, enter a password to enter the wallet (8-25 characters long, consisting of Latin letters, numbers and additional symbols), a telephone identification question and its answer.

The wallet is managed through a web application or using a mobile phone via SMS messages. The last method is available only to subscribers of Belarusian operators cellular communication velcom, MTS and life:). can be found on the official EasyPay website.

To activate SMS account management, the EasyPay client will need to specify an operator during the registration process cellular network, of which he is a client and active number mobile phone from which control will be carried out.

Upon completion of registration, the details of the electronic wallet are displayed in the browser window: a reusable code for confirming payments (four-digit digital code) and account identification number (eight-digit numeric code). This information is secret and is provided only once - upon registration. The specified details should be saved and adequate data protection should be ensured to prevent unauthorized access to the wallet.

The user can change the reusable payment confirmation code, as well as the password for logging into the system, in the “Management” section of their electronic wallet.

EasyPay features

All EasyPay wallets have a certain status. In total, there are 4 types of wallets in the system: “Simple”, “Simple+”, “Personal” and “Certified”. Depending on the status of the wallet, the user is endowed with one or another volume available types operations. At the same time, the higher the status of the wallet, the higher the range of available functions.

A minimum set of capabilities is provided to owners Simple wallet This status assigned to each EasyPay user and makes it possible to pay for goods and services from the catalog of goods and services registered in EasyPay. Also, for owners of a Simple Wallet, there are restrictions on payment (90 basic units per day) and the maximum balance of funds (1000 basic units).

The basic value is an economic indicator that takes into account the purchasing power of money. Currently, one basic value corresponds to 130,000 Belarusian rubles.

In order to upgrade your wallet to the level Simple+, the user will need to provide the system with his personal data (full name, passport details, residential address, mobile phone number).

The owner of a wallet with the "Simple+" status gets the opportunity to pay for goods and services from the catalog of goods and services registered in EasyPay (in the amount of up to 90 basic units per day); replenish your electronic wallet from other payment systems (up to 30 basic units per day and up to 90 basic units per month); bring out cash different ways. The maximum account balance limit is 1000 basic units.

In order to upgrade your wallet status to the level " Personal", the user must link the wallet to his mobile phone number.

Owners of a Personal Wallet have access to the following functions: payment for goods and services from the catalog of goods and services registered in EasyPay (in the amount of up to 90 basic units per day); transfer of funds to other EasyPay users (up to 30 basic units per day and up to 90 basic units per month); replenish your EasyPay account from other payment systems (up to 30 basic units per day and up to 90 basic units per month); withdrawal of money in cash, to a Belgazprombank bank card, as well as to other payment systems. The maximum account balance limit is 1000 basic units.

In order to increase the level of your wallet to the level " Certified", the user will have to go through the identification procedure, enter into an agreement directly with Belgazprombank and link the Belgazprombank card to his wallet. After this, within 3 banking days, a Belgazprombank employee will assign the wallet a Certified status.

For owners of Certified wallets, there are only 2 restrictions: up to 90 basic units per day for transferring funds both within the system and outside it (up to 2700 basic units for transfers within the system and 450 basic units outside the system per month).

Deposits and withdrawals, service fees

There are five ways to enter funds into the EasyPay system:

  • by bank card(using a Belgazprombank card linked to the wallet, free of charge, except for credit cards, replenishment from which is subject to a 1.5% commission; through the Internet banking system of more than 15 banks with a 2% commission; at ATMs and information kiosks with a 2% commission; through the system Internet banking and Belgazprombank ATMs do not charge a fee for depositing funds);
  • in cash (at post offices throughout Belarus, free of charge; at the cash desks of more than 20 banks, a commission of 2%, except for Belgazprombank, at the cash desks of which no entry fee is charged; in Svyaznoy salons, with a fee of 2% of the amount in favor of EasyPay + salon commission);
  • using payment terminals (via QIWI terminals, fee 2% + terminal commission; Paritetbank information kiosks, fee 2% of the amount + information kiosk commission; Paritetbank terminals, 2% of the amount; Alfabank Cash-in terminals, 2% of the amount + terminal commission; Belagroprombank information kiosks, 2% of the payment amount; TBCPay terminals (Georgia), 0% commission);
  • from a personal mobile phone account (operators life:) and MTS with a commission of 2% + commission of the iPay payment system);
  • using payment instruments (exchange from WebMoney systems, Single Wallet, LiqPay, Alfa-Click, TeleMoney, Promsvyazbank). The purchase rate is determined at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawing funds from the EasyPay system can be done in 2 ways:

  • transfer of funds to a Belgazprombank bank card linked to the user wallet;
  • cash withdrawal at a Belgazprombank branch. The disadvantage of this method is that the client is limited by the bank’s operating hours, and also that if within 7 banking days from the moment of filling out an application for cash withdrawal on the website, the user does not contact the bank branch to receive funds, the amount presented for withdrawal will be returned to an electronic wallet minus a 3% commission.

To withdraw funds from the system, the user must have an electronic wallet with a status no lower than Simple+ (specify in personal account your personal data).

For withdrawal of funds from the EasyPay system, a commission of 3% is charged, unless otherwise established individually by agreement with Belgazprombank.

Users can also exchange EasyPay electronic currency for the currency of other payment systems. The exchange rate is set by each exchange office individually at the time of the transaction.

When paying for goods and services, no commission is charged to owners of EasyPay wallets; however, funds are credited to the account of suppliers of goods and services that are not connected to the Unified Settlement and Information Space system (ERIP) with a commission of 2% of the payment amount.

For transferring funds from one EasyPay wallet to another, the system takes a commission from the sender in the amount of 2%.

To restore lost wallet details, the user will have to pay 25,000 Belarusian rubles.

The system also provides for payment cancellation or redirection to new details in the event of an erroneous transaction. The search for an erroneous payment is carried out at the request of the user. If the error occurred through the fault of the user himself, and not through the fault of the bank, the cost of this service will be 25,000 Belarusian rubles.

System security

To ensure security, the EasyPay system provides multi-level protection.

Firstly, the wallet is accessed through a secure SSL connection.

Secondly, all transactions on the account are confirmed by the owner of the wallet using a reusable control code issued to the user upon registration or using a card of one-time control codes (1 card contains 30 codes). This map is paid; when ordering by mail, its cost will be 13,000 Belarusian rubles (in terms of Russian rubles - about 50 rubles). Delivery is carried out only within the territory of Belarus. The card can also be purchased at one of the 8 branches of Belgazprombank.

Thirdly, the user has access to information about all visits to the wallet (the user is provided with information about the IP address of the computer from which the system was logged in, the date and time of login), as well as about transactions on this account.

Fourthly, in order to avoid ending up on phishing sites (fake sites that are copies of EasyPay), a greeting phrase is displayed in each user’s wallet (for example, “It’s easier for us to manage people than to stop them from managing us”), the text of which the client can replace on your own.

Fifthly, at any time the user can block his wallet if any suspicion arises.

Sixthly, in the “Management” section, the owner of the wallet has the ability to restrict access to the wallet by IP addresses and countries.

Pros and cons of the payment system

Advantages:

  • high level of security;
  • protection of consumer rights (when making payments when purchasing goods and services using EasyPay, the user receives an invoice, which is legally equivalent to a regular cash receipt);
  • convenient management (to work with the wallet, the user does not need to install special software; it is enough to have any browser on his computer and access to the Internet; clients of Belarusian telecom operators also have access to wallet management via SMS).

Flaws:

  • inaccessibility of a number of functions to people living outside the Republic of Belarus;
  • commission for transferring funds within the system;
  • high fees for entering funds into the system;
  • transfer limits and account balance;
  • limited options for withdrawing funds;
  • impossibility of withdrawing funds for anonymous users;
  • The system only works with Belarusian rubles.

Of the seven official electronic currencies of Belarus, one of them is this is Easypay from OJSC "Belgazprombank". All operations with electronic currency are carried out in accordance with the norms and laws of the Republic of Belarus. The service provides the opportunity to pay and transfer money for services and goods without leaving home, directly from your mobile phone or computer. There is no need to crowd in lines at banks or terminals; all you need is the Internet and a browser. Also widely used by online stores and others. legal entities to accept payment for purchases and services provided.

Easypay is practically the same as cash, but on the Internet. Advantages - payment mobility and time saving, payments to anywhere in the country without a personal meeting, when completing the transaction you receive a check. To protect payments, upon registration the user receives a reusable control code.

Official website of the payment system easypay.by. All possible operations are performed on it, it has a Russian interface.

Easypay electronic money features:

  • Make a transfer from one wallet to another,
  • A large number of ways to replenish an Easypay wallet in Belarus, as well as withdraw money from it,
  • Link a bank card from Belgazprombank OJSC to your account and upon further payment for any goods, the money will simply be debited from the card,
  • Pay for all popular services, for example - housing and communal services, telephone, Internet, as well as for some Russian payments.

Important. As you know, with the adoption of the Presidential Decree in 2014, all clients must be identified - this means their identity is confirmed. This can be done at the bank’s office, at the post office about all the conditions, you need to get up-to-date information by going to the website. This procedure is also available to residents of other countries, for example, Russia, Ukraine.

How to top up Easypay

For Belarusians there are no problems with replenishing and purchasing easypay electronic money. You just need to compare all the methods, fees and choose the appropriate option.

  • Top up with any Visa or MasterCard bank card, the issuing bank of which is located in Belarus,
  • Through a network of terminals, ATMs, information kiosks, using the national ERIP payment system,
  • Deposit money from your mobile phone by activating the mobile banking service, and also buy electronic easypay through ERIP.
  • Go to the nearest post office or bank office and pay in cash,
  • Through a network of payment terminals, from which you can also top up your EasyPay account using cash.

How to withdraw Easypay

There are two ways to withdraw from easypay:

  1. To an already linked Belgazprombank card, if you don’t have it, then it’s no problem to order it. Bank commission is 3%, deposit time is instant.
  2. Payment in cash at the offices of the above-mentioned bank. Commission 3%, money arrives the next day, after 12.00. If you don’t go after them within a week, they will be returned to your wallet, with an additional three percent added.
  3. Payment for services and goods in online stores.

As you can see, there is no withdrawal to other banks, which is being done, I think, to popularize their own Belgazprombank cards and focus on various services, from which they also receive a commission.

How to register

Registration in EasyPay e-wallet is simple and takes little time. We come up with a password, indicate your email address, answer the security question, and indicate your mobile number if you want to link it to your account. Read the Terms of Service and then click on the Register button. A new window will appear with personal identifiers and the code that we save.

But in order to use the wallet, you need to go through identification at bank offices (free) or at the post office (20 thousand rubles). Personal presence and a passport are required! After 3 three days, you will be notified about the completion of this procedure. To use EasyPay for clients from other countries - Russia, Ukraine, identification is also required, but only at the Belgazprombank office.

Limits for one transaction, replenishment from cards, transfer between EasyPay accounts - up to 90 basic units. Details in the picture:

That’s it, I think, I answered the question “What is EasyPay” in detail. Have you ever used it?

Hello, dear readers of the blog site. Today I want to continue the review, which are to one degree or another popular and used in RuNet. Previously, I focused mainly on Russia, because I myself am a citizen of this country, but the RuNet has a much larger geography, so today I want to spend a little time describing the possibilities Belarusian EasyPay .

In my opinion, Easypay is closest to and with the only difference that they are focused on clients from different countries— Belarus and Russia, respectively. There are fewer negative reviews about working with than the Russian counterpart, but there are slightly less profitable commissions for transfers and withdrawals, however, depositing money (not in all cases) and paying for goods and services in Easy Pay (as well as in RBC Money) performed without commission.

EasyPay - why Belarusian money is better than others

In general, the Republic of Belarus turned out to be ignored by the international one, which did not include this country in any of its three lists (there is discrimination on territorial grounds in Paypal). Therefore, Belarusians did not have the opportunity to officially work with them, although it was possible to indicate that they were Russians.

Another thing is that there is an alternative international payment system that does not distinguish between citizens of different countries and allows you to make transfers around the world, pay for goods and withdraw money earned in other countries to plastic cards, including residents of Belarus. And there is also one that allows you to work with it completely anonymously and does not bother with the origin of the funds spent through it.

EasyPay electronic money is primarily aimed at Belarus, although non-residents of this country can register with it. The system was created to implement the maximum simple ways payment for goods in online stores, utility bills, account replenishment mobile phones and so on. operations.

Under certain conditions, no commission will be charged for entering and paying for goods and services, but withdrawal of funds or transfer to another Easypay wallet is subject to a commission (1.5% and 2% percent, respectively). All calculations are performed in Belarusian rubles.

It is noteworthy that, unlike the international systems already mentioned just above, it allows you to officially exchange your electronic units for, etc.

In addition, Easypay, to increase the security of working with your electronic wallet, offers an unprecedented method of protection. In any case, I have never seen anything like this before.

  1. Firstly, the account can be managed either by logging into the EasyPay.by website (the work is carried out with SSL encryption enabled) by entering a login and password (after three incorrect entries, the account will be blocked for one hour), or you can manage it by sending an SMS (at the regular rate of your mobile operator).
  2. Secondly, each payment in Easy Pay can be confirmed either using the reusable control code (four digits) given to you upon registration, or using a card with list of one-time codes confirmation (purchased separately and costs 2100 Belarusian rubles for 30 one-time control codes).

    It is the second option that allows for the greatest degree of protection for transfers to EasyPay, since it will not be possible to recognize or calculate in any way the next one-time code written on your card. This method The protection is so reliable that it has been used for a very long time when encrypting messages of special national importance.

    The principle of operation is based on the fact that they sell you a card with 30 control codes, an exact copy of which is stored in the bowels of the system. You use these codes sequentially to confirm your payments, and the last one is used to activate the next card.

EasyPay wallets have four degrees of gradation, which allows you to realize different possibilities and have different upper limits for operations:

  1. Simple - only allows you to pay for goods and services from this list, but to receive it you don’t even need to fill out fields with personal information.
  2. Simple+ - in addition to paying for goods and services, you will also be able to top up your EasyPay account from other electronic systems(except for Yandex.Money), but for this you will have to fill in the fields with your personal data.
  3. Personal - will also allow you to withdraw funds to other payment systems, and transfer them to other wallets within the system (however, to receive this type of wallet you will have to indicate and confirm your cell phone number).
  4. Well, if you need to realize the maximum possibilities in EasyPay, then create a Certified Wallet, which significantly increases the limits of money turnover, but requires physical confirmation and signing of an agreement, which may seem inconvenient to many.

This payment system has existed for quite a long time (since 2004) and its owner (and creator) is the Belarusian bank Belgazprombank (hence the analogy with RBC Money). Therefore, all methods of replenishing an Easy Pay account through this bank (at its cash desks or from its plastic card) are not subject to commission. The same can be said about replenishment through post offices of Belarus (0% commission).

You can view all other methods of depositing money into your account and the commission charged for this on this page (including from your personal mobile phone account). You will be able to top up from other electronic payment systems (except for some reason Paypal and Yandex.Money) only starting with the Simple+ wallet.

Money from EasyPay.by will be possible withdraw (cash out) only in Belarusian rubles and only at the Belgazprombank bank (in cash or by credit card) and at the same time you will be charged a commission of 2%, or you can exchange this electronic money for WebMoney, Yandex.Money, RBK Money, MoneyMail, etc. However, withdrawal and exchange of EasyPay will be possible only for Personal and Certified wallets.

The exchange will be carried out through Roboxchange.com, which will inevitably entail additional costs. An EasyPay account can be linked to your WebMoney wallet and quickly and easily carry out exchange operations for WMR, WMZ and other title units.

Registration and creation of a wallet in EasyPay

So, to register with Easy Pay you will need to go through here. On the page that opens, you will need to select the country of which you are a citizen, as well as indicate your E-mail and complete the captcha:

Next, you agree to the terms and conditions and click on the “Submit Application” button. A letter will be sent to the specified E-mail, where you will need to click on the “Registration Confirmation” link, and on the page that opens, open the information about your Easy Pay password and reusable control code:

The data that opens will allow you get the following features:

  1. Login and password - log in to the system website and gain access to your wallet data
  2. Greetings - understand that you are on the official Easypay website, and not on a phishing (scammers' resource that exactly copies appearance original), where you will not see this greeting. Very interesting solution, which allows you to significantly increase the security of working with money by generating a unique phrase for each user.
  3. Reusable control code - with it you can confirm all your monetary transactions in the system. But to obtain an order of magnitude higher degree of security, it would be better not to regret a small amount of Belarusian rubles and buy a card with 30 one-time codes.

You will need to save this data in a safe place, preferably not on your computer. I did not cover up the passwords shown in the screenshot, because this is just my demo EasyPay account, on which money will never be placed.

To complete the registration process, click on the “Proceed to wallet activation” link below. Here you will be asked to enter your username and password for the first time.

It is noteworthy that to protect against keyloggers(special virus programs that allow you to record characters typed on the keyboard and extract passwords from them) you will have the opportunity to use virtual keyboard(in general, the problem is very relevant now):

Well, for the final activation of the electronic wallet, you will also need to enter the reusable control code you received earlier (four numbers):

You will be informed about the success of the activation operation and will be strongly recommended to fill out personal data in order to avoid losing access to your EasyPay account and the inability to restore this access (you will lose money, in other words, and will not be able to prove that it is really yours, which is a general trend in all payments):

In general, this payment system leaves you to decide for yourself the dilemma of what exactly is more important for you - anonymity or guaranteed access to their means in case of any force majeure. You will need to enter quite a lot of personal data and, naturally, they must correspond to reality, because when you restore access, you may be required, for example, to present a scan of your passport:

When logging into your account on the EasyPay website, pay attention to the greeting, which must be individual for each user:

All operations will be available to you on the “Wallet” tab and I think that it makes no sense to describe all this in detail:

The Easy Pay system made a purely positive impression on me - thoughtful security, a pleasant and not overloaded interface, good feedback about the work of the technical support service. If also the commission on all operations were 0% (as they have now done in RBC Money), then everything would be perfect.

Good luck to you! See you soon on the pages of the blog site

Of all the payment systems operating in this moment in Belarus, EasyPay is one of the oldest. But it still has a number of features that make it stand out this decision among the closest analogues. This applies, among other things, to methods of performing transactions, security of payments, and so on. EasyPay is a purely Belarusian invention. The same cannot be said, for example, about WebMoney with its Russian roots. But citizens of other countries can also use this electronic payment system.

A little bit of history
Back in 2002, the company OJSC Belgazprombank began work on creating its own payment system. But the system does not start working until organizational issues are resolved. Moreover, even this is not enough to start. It was impossible to do without a legislative framework on the relevant topic, but at that time it was simply absent in Belarus. Only in November 2033, the Government of the Republic adopted a resolution that regulated the work of payment systems that processed electronic money. The Easyay system itself began operating in the fall of 2004, exactly a year later. Easypay.by is the address of the site where the creators settled.

At that time, WebMoney also worked outside the legal framework. And EasyPay was considered as one of the possible alternatives. But it was not so easy to change the habits of users who still trusted WebMoney more. The new payment system had more and more registered users every day, but their total number grew very slowly. And EasyPay could not offer as many opportunities as the Russian development.

Now the two main competitors coexist quite peacefully. Open Contact LLC is responsible for the technical side of the issue, BelgazPromBank OJSC services customer transactions.

The Belarusian ruble is the main monetary unit in the system.

True, for some reason BelgazPromBank OJSC refuses to provide information regarding cash turnover and the total number of users.

EasyPay and main features

Naturally, the system’s work is mainly aimed at making it easier for customers to make purchases in online stores. There are already more than 100 projects of this type accepting funds from the EasyPay system. Of course, the retail outlets supporting the system are Belarusian. They deliver their goods throughout the Republic.

In addition, using EasyPay you can pay with some Internet providers, pay for the services of all mobile operators working in the country. The opportunity to pay utility bills is currently only available to residents of Minsk.

Users can transfer funds to each other themselves. But such transactions should not be of a commercial nature. It means that payment system EasyPay does not allow official payments for goods and services if payments are made between specific people. True, no one will check this. And in general, from a practical point of view, such calculations between users have not yet become widespread. After all, electronic money systems themselves are not very widespread yet.

The high percentage of commission on transfers is another important factor hindering the active spread of such schemes. In EasyPay it is equal to two percent. Even Webmoney itself doesn’t charge that much. But buyers are not charged any fees when paying for services or making purchases.

But EasyPay also has its advantages. For example, you can use SMS messages to make purchases. However, such an opportunity was received only by flogging Velcom subscribers and MTS. But everyone understands that this makes working with the system much easier. You do not need to install a special application on your phone to use this service. Official mobile app Yes, but not all models support it. Again, unlike WebMoney.

How's the security here?

It is worth saying right away that these issues were implemented here at the highest level. EasyPay has its own unique solutions that are not found anywhere else.

For example, “control one-time codes” are used here. In fact, this is a second password that is needed for more secure transactions. This means that for each operation, users enter not only their main password, but also a control password. Thanks to this solution, you can easily track situations if, for example, a client logs into the system and then leaves the computer. Without knowing the control code, no one other than the owner of the equipment will be able to make a purchase.

All users receive reusable control after they complete registration. But you can purchase a card of one-time control codes for 1,400 rubles. There are several of them, but after use each one immediately becomes invalid. Therefore, every operation truly becomes safer.

In addition, this system also uses its own virtual keyboard. It helps protect against spyware that specifically monitors your keys. It differs from the usual one in that letters are typed on the screen using the mouse. This is especially true for those who work on someone else's computer.

The passphrase helps protect against phishing. Each user chooses his own unique catchphrase for this. Seeing the passphrase on the main screen, the user immediately understands that he is on a real site and not a fake one.

Deposit and withdrawal of money

You can top up your EasyPay account in the following ways.

1. Transfer of funds from a Maestro plastic card issued by the bank. The operation is carried out only in the system itself.

2. Through any post office. Then there are no commissions charged for purchases at all.

3. Infokiosks and ATMs of OJSC Belagroprombank, OJSC Belinvestbank

4. Branches of settlement and commercial centers of the same banks

In different cases you will have to pay a commission from 0 to 3 percent. It takes from 2 minutes to one banking day to deposit money. The fastest transfers are from Maestro plastic cards. There are far fewer ways to withdraw funds than to replenish them.

For example, on the same Maestro cards. For this you will have to pay a commission of 2 percent. The operation is completed in 2-20 minutes. One and a half percent of the withdrawal amount will be taken if an ATM of another bank was used for this operation. But the total commission payment should not exceed 500 rubles for each client.
