    • In the first window, click "Next".

    • Next you will see the available restore points. Rely on the date when everything was fine with the connection. Click on the desired option and click "Next".

    • In the next window, click “Done”, confirm this action and wait for the process to complete.

    If there was some kind of glitch in the operating system that prevented it from making the connection, it won't.

    In any case, do not be afraid to call the provider and demand that a technician come to you and fix the problem.
